NAA offers legal guidance on all aspects of employment, labor, regulatory and statutory compliance matters. Our services extends to the design and implementation of employee benefit schemes; and negotiation and documentation of employment contracts at all levels.
We provide legal support in obtaining and renewing Expatriate Quota Approval, Temporary Work Permits, Business Visas, Departure Checks, Ecowas Permits, Regularization of Stay for non-Nigerians working in Nigeria, and Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card (CERPAC). We also handle the filing of monthly returns with the Nigeria Immigration Service.
