Nkechi Anyimah, FCIS
Mrs. Nkechi Anyimah, FCIS is the Founding/Principal Partner and has over twenty (20) years of active corporate and commercial law experience. She is also a Chartered Secretary; Corporate Governance Practitioner; Certified IFC/ICSAN Trainer; Facilitator; and Certified Life Coach.
Nkechi is responsible for the firm’s overall strategic growth and development; and ensures the annual planning of the firm for the effective implementation of the firm’s objectives. She provides advisory services to several entities, including local, international, and multi-jurisdictional entities, spanning across the financial technology and services industry; financial industry; technology service providers; human capacity building service providers; pension service providers; real estate infrastructure development companies; and engineering service providers.
